Quick answers about our coffee, sourcing, brewing, shipping, and bulk orders.
What makes Sip Magic coffee different?
Sip Magic coffee is made with fresh-roasted A-grade beans sourced directly from Chikmagalur. We focus on honest coffee, fair prices, freshness, and great taste instead of flashy marketing.
Where do your coffee beans come from?
Our coffees are sourced directly from farmers. We buy a lot of our Arabica coffees from Chikmagalur, India, and our Robusta coffees from Coorg, India.
Are your coffees farm direct and sustainably sourced?
Yes. Our coffees are farm direct, and we pay a premium for quality coffee. This helps support farmers and encourages sustainability across the value chain.
Is your coffee fresh roasted?
Yes. Our coffee is freshly roasted so you get better aroma, flavor, and a cleaner cup compared to coffee that has been sitting on shelves for months.
Do you use preservatives or additives?
No. Our coffee is preservative-free and made for people who want real, fresh coffee without unnecessary additives.
Which coffee is best for beginners?
If you are new to fresh coffee, we recommend starting with a smooth and balanced option like Mysore Nugget or Sunshine Sweetness.
Which coffee is best for strong coffee lovers?
If you enjoy a stronger and bolder cup, try Robusta Kaapi Royale or Malnad Magic.
Which coffee is best for milk coffee?
For milk-based coffee, stronger and fuller-bodied coffees usually work best, especially Robusta-forward or darker roasted options.
Which coffee is best for black coffee?
For black coffee, many people prefer smoother Arabica or balanced blends with clear taste notes and less bitterness.
Do you have decaf coffee?
Yes. Decaffeinato is our decaf option for people who want the taste of coffee with less caffeine.
Can I use your coffee for South Indian filter coffee?
Yes. Some of our coffees work very well for South Indian filter coffee, especially if you enjoy a rich and traditional cup.
How should I brew your coffee?
We provide brewing guidance for popular methods like French press, pour-over, moka pot, South Indian filter coffee, and cold brew so you can choose what suits your taste best.
What grind size should I choose?
Choose your grind size based on your brewing method: coarse for French press and cold brew, medium for pour-over and drip coffee, and fine for moka pot and South Indian filter coffee.
