Brightness (the pleasant, lively tang that makes coffee taste fresh—nothing to do with acidity in the stomach!)
The Facts
Kyoto Style Cold Drip is a slow-brewed cold coffee made by letting ice-cold water drip drop-by-drop through coffee grounds over several hours. The result is a cup that’s smooth, naturally sweet, and super clean, with low bitterness and a crisp finish. It’s built for iced coffees that taste “coffee-forward” (not watery)—perfect over ice, with tonic, or with a splash of milk.

How to Brew
| Method | Instructions |

|
Kyoto Style Drip (Recommended) |
Use a medium - coarse grind, add coffee to the middle chamber, fill the top chamber with ice + cold water, and set a slow drip (about 1 drop/second). Let it drip for 3–6 hours (depending on your tower size and strength preference). Serve over ice, or dilute slightly with cold water/milk to taste. |
| Cold Brew | Use a coarse grind, add coffee to a jug/carafe, pour in room temp drinking water at 1:10,stir well, cover, and place it in the fridge. Let it brew overnight (12–16 hours), then strain through a fine mesh first (thin paper/cloth filter for a cleaner cup). Serve over ice, tonic water or fruit juice. |
Pro Tip: Any coffee can be cold brewed!! Its just a brewing method. Try Irish Creme on a cold brew for a boozy refreshing beverage.
