Filter Coffee

Filter Coffee is a traditional South Indian coffee beverage made using fresh ground Coffee-Chicory mixture.

It goes by different names such as Filter kaapi, Filter dabba coffee, degree coffee, South Coffee. Mysore coffee, Madras Coffee etc.

It is brewed using a traditional percolation indian filter to get a thick syrupy coffee decoction. Served with hot milk and froth crown.
